102 years since the first Constitutional Act
March 1st marks 102 years since Valencia CF's Constitutional Act was drafted. The writing of the document was an essential step in the subsequent official creation of Valencia F.C. on March 18, 1919.

In the city of Valencia, March 1st, 1919.
Those gathered agree to establish a football club, dedicated to sport in general, which will be called “Valencia F.C”.
Mr. Medina is appointed to provide the regulations for approval and to represent the entity until its definitive constitution is produced. Mr. Marzal is named Provisional Secretary.
It is agreed to meet on March 14th. With there being no further business to discuss, the session is adjourned.

This was the opening of the Constitutional Act, dated March 1st, 1919, drafted after a meeting at Bar Torino between Augusto Milego, Gonzalo Medina, Andrés Bonilla, Pascual Gascó, Fernando Marzal and Julio Gascó, together with José Llorca, who was added a month later as a founding member -since he was a minor and needed parental authorisation to be listed as such.
In 2019, on the occasion of the Centenary celebrations, Valencia CF sent the Constitutional Act to the descendants of the seven founders.
